OH...it's parodying Silence of the Lambs. Where the girl is downwards in the well and the guy tells the girl ("it") to put something on or she'll get hosed down with common cold-assed water.

Good film.

It's parodying a scene in Silence of the Lambs. There is also a like scene in Joe Dirt, simply I retrieve information technology was too a parody.
